Stacey Rolland

Founder, Zero One Strategies

Stacey Rolland is a leading expert in emerging technology policy and strategy in Washington, D.C., bringing nearly two decades of experience across Congress, the Treasury Department, private-sector risk management, and government relations.

She has a deep understanding of the regulatory and legal landscape across multiple intersecting policy issues:

Before founding Zero One Strategies, Stacey built and led an emerging technology government relations practice at a top-ten government relations and public affairs firm.

She also held senior risk and compliance roles at a Fortune 100 financial institution, overseeing regulatory exam strategy, risk assessment modernization, and financial management and partnership operations across the U.S. and abroad.

Government

Stacey served at the Treasury Department as Chief of Staff to the Office of Tax Policy and senior advisor to the Office of Legislative Affairs.

She also served as senior policy advisor to Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Congressman Xavier Becerra, helping manage the prioritization and development of major tax, financial, and economic legislation.
